The fruit is grown in Decordi’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with desserts, fruit and nuts.
