Vineyard and terroir
The Lambrusco grapes are grown in the fertile wine region of Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery in a pneumatic press. The must is settled at a low temperature, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 10–12 °C. A second fermentation takes place in sealed autoclaves using the Italian Charmat method. The wine is bottled after fermentation.
