Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the winery’s vineyards in Emilia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional white-wine vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. No sugar is added; the sweetness comes from the grapes’ natural fruit sugar.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests for several months in the same vessels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with grilled shrimp, fish dishes, seafood and tangy cheeses.
