The grapes grow at elevations of 500–700 m.
Vinification
The wine macerates on the skins for six months and ferments with natural yeasts in stainless-steel tanks. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
It rests on the lees in the same stainless-steel tanks for up to eight months.
Tasting profile
Highly fragrant on the nose, it is fresh and structured, with noticeable tannins.

Decant for 30 minutes before serving.
