Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Piedmont, in the lowlands of Monferrato Astigiano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into woven baskets holding approximately 20 kg. They are gently pressed and fermented at low temperature before the wine is bottled.
Tasting profile
The nose is fragrant, with rich notes of rose. The palate is lightly sparkling.
