Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Donnachiara’s vineyards in the Irpinia region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of November. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 20–22 °C for 15 days, followed by 10 days of post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barriques.

Elegant, with excellent structure.
Serving and pairing
Pairs particularly well with roasted red meats, cured meats, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
