Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio grows on sunny hills between Gibellina and Alcamo, at 300–450 metres above sea level. Warm days and cool nights give the grapes a balance of refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed with care, and the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks under strict temperature control, which preserves the clean aromas and bright flavours.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel, then rests for two months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant, light, fresh and polished, with a delicate structure and a graceful character. Acidity is refreshing and balanced by a gentle sweetness. The aromas are clean and the flavours bright. The style is refined and balanced.
Serving and pairing
The text suggests it for a light dinner, for example on a terrace on a warm summer evening.
