Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from two areas of Puglia, the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce, and are grown in vineyards that use sustainable farming methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripeness and acidity reach an ideal balance. Vinification follows the traditional method for red wine, in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, which preserve the freshness and bright character of the variety.
