Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September. Traditional red-wine vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks.
Label / history
“Ama Mi” is a collection of still and sparkling wines with ceramic, heart-shaped labels. Each label features the word “Love” in a different language.
