Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September. At the winery, the salasso method is carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The must ferments for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel vats.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the “Ama Mi” collection of still and sparkling wines. Each bottle bears a heart-shaped ceramic label featuring the word “Love” in a different language.
