The fruit comes from vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early October, after beginning to dry naturally on the vines. They undergo a long fermentation on the skins in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barrels for 3–4 months.
