Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Vigne di Levante vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second week of September. Temperature-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place at the winery over 10 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel vats.

The Sule collection consists of still wines distinguished by sun-shaped ceramic labels.
