Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Cantina Cellaro's own vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvest. The must ferments in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages in French oak barrels and is bottled in January of the following year.
Serving and pairing
Suited to an aperitif, appetizers, fish and seafood.
