Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Cantine Cellaro’s vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo controlled-temperature maceration for 10–12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in French oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with grilled or oven-roasted red meats and cheese.
