Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a biodynamically farmed vineyard at 250 m above sea level, planted on limestone and iron-rich tuff soils.
Grapes
The grapes are carefully selected for the blend.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a 40-day maceration and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
It matures for 30 months in oak barrels.

Expressive, soft and aromatic.
