Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese is grown in Tuscany, on the hills of Greve and Chianti at an altitude of 300 m.
Vinification
Grapes from the different vineyards are vinified separately, after which the wines are blended.
Ageing
The blend rests in a vat for one month before bottling.
Label / history
“Hacker” represents the alter ego of Federico Migliorini, one of Ferro 13’s five partners, and reflects his connection with computers. The creators pair each wine in the range with music and a film; for “Hacker”, they chose jazz from ECM Records and the film In Time.
