Aiming for 100% green production by 2025

The program combined Sustainable Wine membership, voluntary adoption of Equalitas guidelines, Regalgrid®-managed photovoltaic panels and a new continuous-cycle wine decanter. Its objectives covered water management, circular use of materials, pollution prevention, biodiversity, worker welfare and carbon and water footprints. The decanter improved must extraction and clarification while eliminating adjuvants treated as special waste and reducing final-wash water. Recycled glass, cardboard and label paper, specialist waste-recycling partners and a vineyard pesticide protocol associated with the UNESCO ADOPTION planning project formed additional parts of the program.
