Harvest 2025 concludes with grapes of exceptional quality

Picking started approximately one week earlier than in 2024 after abundant rain and above-average temperatures at the end of July accelerated ripening. More favourable weather immediately before harvest produced pristine bunches with good sugar balance and vivid acidity. Winemaker Federico Salvador reported that the base wines already displayed floral and citrus complexity after application of the Gianfranco Follador Method. Cristina Follador described harvest as both the culmination of a year's work and the beginning of the new vintage.
