Vineyard and terroir
The Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) grows in Canalottelli Fulgatore, where the vines were planted in 2010. The soil is medium-textured, containing fragments of lightly weathered rock and small mineral particles. The vineyards cover a total of 2 ha and are worked only with biodynamic methods. Yields do not exceed 70 quintals/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late August. Fermentation is spontaneous, in steel tanks without temperature control. Sulfur is added sparingly, at no more than 50 mg/l.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel vats until April.

Delicate, light, easy-drinking and aromatic.
