Produced from grapes grown in Tuscany.
Grapes
85% Trebbiano and 15% Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must receives a short maceration before fermentation in an autoclave by the Martinotti–Charmat method.

Alcohol: 11% vol. Bottle size: 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
A bright sparkling wine with lively perlage. The delicate bouquet combines green apple, pear and citrus with soft floral notes. Balanced and harmonious on the palate, finishing with animated savouriness.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Designed particularly for the aperitif.
