Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is gently filtered before bottling.
Ageing
The wine rests for 3 months in concrete tanks.
Tasting profile
Soft and balanced on the palate, elegant, with plenty of character. It is a southern Italian red with the warmth and generosity of Puglia.

Made to be enjoyed with food. It pairs especially well with meat dishes, savoury appetizers and aged cheeses.
