Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow. Fruity aromas are lifted by grapefruit and lime peel, with peach and Mediterranean herbs completing the bouquet. The palate is fresh and lively, recalling white-fleshed fruit.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with shellfish, seafood risotto or linguine with lobster; it can also be served as an aperitif.
