Valdo acquires a stake in the Friulian winery I Magredi

The transaction gave Valdo an equity interest in the Tombacco family’s Friulian winery. The relationship developed into a partnership centred on extending Prosecco production into Friuli, increasing control over the supply chain and creating joint sparkling- and still-wine projects.
