Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero vines were planted in 1995.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. The must ferments in neutral tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled in the summer after the harvest, following light filtration through a cardboard filter.

The label features a sweet dog named Nina.
