Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Basilicata at 450–600 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 5–8 days at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for around two months.

Gentle fruit notes accompany a distinctive floral bouquet.
