Rosé in November

Nicolaas Klei reviewed Cielo Ferraro in Elsevier in November 2022. The 2021 Irpinia DOC rosé was made from Aglianico and matured in stainless steel. Its versatility with food was highlighted, with grilled lamb offered as a favoured pairing.
