Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the San Piero and Cerreta vineyards, whose soils combine galestro, alberese and clay.
Grapes
A blend of Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera. Sangiovese contributes freshness, structure and tension; Malvasia Nera adds aromatic elegance, depth and delicate spice.
Vinification
Whole bunches undergo gentle pressing to preserve aromatic finesse. Fermentation takes place between stainless-steel vessels and lightly toasted French-oak tonneaux.
Ageing
The wine matures for 15 months on its fine lees, divided between stainless steel and French-oak tonneaux.
Tasting profile
A balanced, refined rosé with a distinct identity. Fresh, savoury and mineral in character, it is also rich, complex and persistent.
Label / history
The name derives from the Greek dyás, meaning “two.” It refers not to opposing elements but to two distinct varieties retaining their identities while finding a new meaning through their union.
