Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Santa Ninfa, in the heart of the Belice Valley. The vineyards have deep alluvial soils with good levels of organic matter and iron. The warm Mediterranean climate provides abundant sunshine, moderate rainfall and a gentle breeze.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then macerated and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel for 3–4 months.
