Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Belice Valley, where the vines are planted in deep alluvial soils with good levels of organic matter and iron.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo one day of cold maceration at the winery. Fermentation lasts 20 days in stainless-steel tanks at 12 °C.
