Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Belice Valley on deep alluvial soils with good levels of organic matter and iron.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented for 15 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13–15 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for two months in stainless-steel tanks.
