The Negroamaro grows in Valle d’Itria on loamy soils. Puglia has a warm Mediterranean climate, moderated by the waters surrounding the region on three sides.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine matures in the winery’s cellars.
