Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Puglia on fertile loamy soils. The region has a warm Mediterranean climate and is surrounded by clear waters on three sides, which help temper its heat.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine is bottled and rests in the winery’s cellars.
Label / history
The name “Codici,” meaning “codes,” refers to the cultural codes of Puglia that inspire the winery.
