Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company’s vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, Lombardy’s westernmost province, bordering Piedmont. The vines grow in clay soils containing deposits of limestone, sand and gypsum.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with vegetables, fish, white meat, seafood and dishes prepared with aromatic herbs.
