Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Paltrinieri’s vineyards, planted on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
