Quarta Dimensione

Quarta Dimensione was unveiled at Profumi di Mosto on 13 October 2019. The installation connected the family's sparkling-wine history with the role of time in Metodo Classico production. It comprised 42,000 steel wire hoods—the fittings used to secure sparkling-wine corks—mounted on thin wooden panels across the winery façade. The figure symbolised 42,000 days of secondary fermentation accumulated over 42 years of family Metodo Classico production, while the wines were described as spending at least 1,000 days on their lees. Archilovers selected the installation among its best projects worldwide in 2020 for aesthetics and creativity.
