Radici in parole e anima rosa

The project was devised for the Profumi di Mosto event of 16 October 2022. It began at the eighteenth-century Cascina San Giovanni, whose south-facing courtyard contains a large old mulberry tree and receives sunlight through to sunset. Orange courtyard walls evoked Mediterranean warmth, while clay-coloured interiors created a quieter atmosphere. A short walk through the olive trees led to the winery courtyard and Anima Rosa, a wall painted in multiple rosé shades and dedicated to Lettera C 2020. The route ended in the maturation areas with the transformation of grapes into must and wine, linking the old cascina with the family's contemporary exploration of Valtènesi rosé.
