Walltènesi

Presented for Profumi di Mosto 2025, Walltènesi transformed the winery courtyard into a tribute to Groppello Gentile. An apparently weightless blue volume was connected to the perimeter walls by slender rods aligned with the path of the sun. Its 380 stylised vines occupied holes in the cellar's concrete formwork; their blue colour recalled Groppello skins, while changing sunlight projected their shadows across the walls. The installation accompanied an event held on 5 October 2025 with a selection of Valtènesi wines and food prepared by Cucina del Santellone.
