Vinification
Fermentation and skin maceration take place entirely in stainless-steel tanks. The short maceration preserves the fruit’s freshness, vibrancy and fragrant character while gently extracting colour and soft tannins. After 48 hours of skin contact, the wine is separated from the skins to retain a lighter structure.
Tasting profile
Fresh, vibrant and fragrant, with gently extracted colour and soft tannins. The palate is light, juicy, energetic and convivial.
