Tasting profile
The 2025 vintage is pale pink, crystalline and bright. The nose combines small red-berry aromas with floral nuances. It is soft on the palate, with lively yet well-balanced acidity.
Serving and pairing
Light, fresh and fruit-led, it is suited to an apéritif and to fish- or vegetable-based first and second courses.
Vintage notes
Winter was mild, without frost or freezing temperatures. Generous spring rainfall replenished the soil and groundwater, creating favourable conditions for regular, even budding from April. Dry, sunny June weather supported harmonious shoot and bunch development. July delivered strong diurnal temperature variation, while mild temperatures and well-distributed summer rain helped the vines complete their growing cycle.
