The grapes are grown in Ricasoli’s vineyards in Toscana.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed at the winery. Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 8–9 months in second- and third-use tonneaux.
