Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days. The wine is filtered and clarified before fermentation is complete, then bottled so that fermentation continues in the bottle, producing a gentle tingle and light natural fizz.
