Il Brut Rosé di Rosa del Golfo è pronto a celebrare l’estate

The Metodo Classico wine connected Salento's rosato tradition with the Calò family's early Champagne-distribution activity. Made from Negroamaro, it underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and rested on the lees for 24 months. It was presented as the first Puglian rosé sparkling wine made from a native grape variety.
