Quarantale

Its name is an old Salento dialect word for the furrow made when planting a new vineyard. Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera were vinified separately, aged for one year in new barriques and then for another year in bottle. The wine belonged to the premium Linea Top.
