Rosa del Golfo partecipa al Trani International Festival

Ten chefs cooked in ten shops in central Trani, each pairing a dish with a Puglian wine. Chef Francesco Di Perna's warm cod, potato and sun-dried-tomato flan was matched with Bolina. The event also marked the white wine's twenty-fifth anniversary.
