Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's organic vineyards in the hills of Vicenza province, Veneto. The mild climate and the nearby Alps, which shelter the vineyards from cold northern winds, provide favourable conditions for a high-quality harvest. The vines grow in mixed clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
Harvest is by hand into small crates, which keeps the berries intact. At the winery the grapes are pressed and macerated on the skins for 20 days. Fermentation follows with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 25–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks and oak barrels. It is lightly filtered before bottling.

A pleasant, natural dry red.
