Al calar d’estate | Dinner & Wine Tasting at Santa Tresa

The event was scheduled for Saturday, 19 September from 20:30 at the Vittoria estate. The menu featured squid with red-berry coulis and vegetables, trofie with potato cream, saffron, mussels and pecorino, gnocchi with sausage and wild-fennel ragù, and pork fillet with a Nero d’Avola reduction, followed by a dessert buffet. Wines from Santa Tresa and Cortese accompanied the courses, while Marzia Incardona provided live music. The €50 ticket included dinner, pairings and entertainment, with advance booking required.
