Santa Tresa – founder exhibitor at Sustainability in Drinks, London

The event took place in London on 21 October 2025. Producers were selected against criteria for sustainable and regenerative operation; Santa Tresa had also participated in the inaugural 2024 edition. The programme brought together policy makers, advisory organisations, producers, packaging suppliers and environmental consultants for talks, workshops, tastings and keynote sessions. Winemaker and agronomist Mattia Giacomelli participated in a panel titled “The Value of Certification,” considering customer recognition, pricing, administrative demands and the relative merits of systems ranging from regenerative organic certification to B Corp.
