Mani per il Meyer

On Monday 31 August from 19:30, Castello di Spaltenna hosts Mani per il Meyer, an evening combining local food culture with fundraising for the children and families of Meyer Children’s Hospital. The initiative has the patronage of the Comune di Gaiole in Chianti and brings together more than twenty figures from Italian fine dining, including Michelin-starred chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, mixologists and local producers.

Antonio Iacoviello, Executive Chef of Il Pievano, coordinates the culinary team. Participating chefs include Cristiano Tomei, Gaetano Trovato, Vito Mollica, Roy Caceres, Paolo Barrale, Giuseppe Biuso, Claudio Mengoni and Simone Caponnetto. All proceeds are allocated to Fondazione Ospedale Pediatrico Meyer for treatment, research and hospitality projects supporting young patients and their families.
