Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow at approximately 140 m above sea level in marl and sandstone soils. Planting density is around 4,000 vines per hectare, and the training system is Cappuccina.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red with violet edges. The fruit-driven aroma recalls raspberry, wild blackberry and other red fruits, accompanied by spice and coffee notes. The palate is savoury and pleasant, with light tannins, good body and a persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14 °C. Suited to richly flavoured dishes, particularly red meat and game.
