Tasting profile
Straw yellow with green reflections. Peppery aromas mingle with rosemary, sage and thyme. The palate balances a soft, creamy, glycerol-rich texture with the variety’s lively, mineral character. It is harmonious, with well-integrated alcohol and a long finish marked by citrus and floral notes.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Pair with fish starters, pasta in fish-based white sauces, smoked cured meats and fresh cheeses.
